Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our dynamic and fast-paced finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in a collaborative environment, where accuracy, initiative, and a proactive attitude are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with office/company expenses and perform invoicing
- Review bank accounts, record customer payments, and update financial records
- Arrange payments and process transfers
- Conduct bank, receivable, and vendor reconciliations
- Maintain company agreements and coordinate actions as directed by the Chief Accountant
- Assist with annual audits
- Liaise with auditors as needed
- Perform daily administrative tasks and support the team
Qualifications:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance, or in a related field and/or LCCI Higher
- Previous experience of 1-3 years in an accounting department
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel)
- Fluency in Greek & English
