Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Administrator to support our team with a range of general administrative and basic accounting duties. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is willing to assist across different functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management and Accounting teams.
  • Support the wider group with general administrative needs across departments, contributing to efficient workflows.
  • Manage travel arrangements for management and staff, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and maintain schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Organize, file, and manage digital and physical documentation, ensuring confidentiality where required.
  • Assist the Accounting team with basic tasks, including invoice preparation and processing, expense tracking, data entry, and filing of financial documents.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and stationery, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external partners as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar support role will be considered as an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience assisting with invoices, expenses, or bookkeeping tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support different departments as needed.
