With the success of Medpool in Cyprus, it was time to spread our wings and grow, thus the Holding Company of Kaeline was formed.

UNIMARINE IS ACQUIRED
The first of our acquisitions and vision to grow was realised with Unimarine in 2017, securing our presence in Asia.

Soon after the acquisition of SBI was finalised, giving us a footprint in Northern Europe.
