Job Function

Account Manager including maintaining, managing and coordinating existing agreements with customers and generating new business to maximize the sale of Lubricants and achieve targets. Responsible for invoicing process and cash collection.

Qualifications

  • Iraqi National
  • College or University Degree in Administration, Management or Marketing.
  • Good command of English and Arabic languages (both verbal and written)
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience with at least 2 years work experience with an international organization
  • Experience in the Iraqi market
  • B2B sales experience, Industrial Lubricants experience is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the sales performance of Hamburg Trading House (HTH) for the territory of IRAQ

To report to the Managing Director and communicate info relating to customers and suppliers

To build strong relationships with customers.

To maximise the sale of lubes and meet territory targets through visits, regular meetings, socialising with customers, etc

To conduct Promotional Sales calls for specific products as necessary in his/her allocated region to potential and existing customers, including cold calling to ensure sustainability and continuous growth

To develop new business by penetrating new markets, bringing new business, expanding customer base

To follow up quotations and turn RFQs into P.Os. 

To conduct programmed visits with principals in his/her allocated region as necessary and maintain good relationships with suppliers

To visit Principals for training and new product information and take part in Agent-principle meetings to represent HTH.

To visit exhibitions to gain information on new products and report competitors activities.

To work closely with operations and accounts departments and manage own clients orders.

To ensure timely payments and receipts.

To assist in all official Seminars and Presentations made by the company where appropriate.
