Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.

Conduct insightful, ad-hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues, identifying proactively areas of improvement, opportunities, and solutions for the Group.

Create comprehensive reports and presentations as requested, by analysing current and future business processes.

Utilize data-driven insights to provide recommendations for process optimization.

Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, and strategies.

Accountable to gather project requirements and define objectives, monitor projects’ progress by identifying and addressing potential issues.

Suggest changes using analytics to support recommendations, and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.

Conduct, analyse and interpret pricing contracts.

Assist in the roll-out of marketing campaign projects.

 

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or in a related field.

3-5 years of experience of proven experience as a Business Analyst.

Experience in the maritime industry, in a similar role, will be considered as a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Proficiency in project management tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

Commercial acumen.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.  

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

 

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidate including 13th and 14th salaries, plus Pension Fund.
