If so, we’ve got a fantastic opportunity for you! We are now hiring our next Kaeline Business & Project Data Analyst!


Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
🔹Conduct insightful, ad-hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues, identifying proactively areas of improvement, opportunities, and solutions for the Group.
🔹Create comprehensive reports and presentations as requested, by analysing current and future business processes.
🔹Utilize data-driven insights to provide recommendations for process optimization.
🔹Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, and strategies.
🔹Accountable to gather project requirements and define objectives, monitor projects’ progress by identifying and addressing potential issues.
🔹Suggest changes using analytics to support recommendations, and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
🔹Conduct, analyse and interpret pricing contracts.
🔹Assist in the roll-out of marketing campaign projects.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or in a related field.
3-5 years of experience of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in the maritime industry, in a similar role, will be considered as a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Commercial acumen.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.  
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidate including 13th and 14th salaries, plus Pension Fund.
