Operations Executives

As an Operations Executives, you will join a team of professionals who share industry expertise and a passion for trading. To succeed as our new Operations Executive, we expect that you are dynamic and passionate for a career in shipping, you are an extrovert person with high stamina and able to nurture a strong commercial understanding and mindset.

Responsibilities:
Receive enquiries and process them up to the invoicing stage.
Coordinate between the Principal, Supplier, Customer and Agent throughout the process.
Responsible for despatch, freight tracking, documentation legalisation, invoicing, etc.
Assist and drive the sales of the company for the designated area/customers.
Plan visits to customers (locally and abroad).
Promote and market the products and services to the Group whenever possible.
Responsible for the identification of the function’s risks and opportunities and propose relevant actions for operational improvements.
Create and control manual and electronic filing systems for customer sales cases and relevant office paperwork.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or any other related field.

Previous work experience in Operations or Sales will be considered as an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of the team.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in Greek & English.
