About the job
As our new Sales Manager, you will join a team of professionals who share industry expertise and a passion for trading. You will play a major part in providing the foundation for new business growth and added selling-in on existing accounts. You will be responsible for establishing good relationships within the industry.
Furthermore, you will have the following areas of responsibility:
- Drive sales activities and client relations leading to long lasting revenue and profit
- Lead customer meetings
- Advise the customers based on technical and business insights
- Growth through new business and optimizing existing large accounts
- Plan and execute customer meetings
- Develop and refine sales tactics and strategies
- Gain knowledge within the industry

Profile & qualifications
In order to succeed as our Sales Manager, ideally you need to be an extrovert with high stamina, a strong commercial understanding and mindset. On top of this, you need to be skilled when it comes to selling, in particular where there are several important stakeholders onboard to make the final decision.
For this role, experience within the marine industry shall be considered an advantage, however, not a prerequisite. As a person you need to be ambitious, proactive and have a hunter attitude.
